Doriftoo Timeeee... We have open weather wood planked bridges here that will break free with anything but the most gentle handling after a month or two of replacement. Quite surprising and exciting to watch a 8 inch iron I-Beam coming at the rear quarter *way* too fast.

But your comment has also fired my alcohol influenced business brain. Thinking snack chip, with a mucilaginous outer layer on a salty corn toasted inner layer, that slides in your mouth as you bite down, forcing you to move your jaw to the side to pin it down in order to crunch it. Good idea for a specific market?*

*Rhetorical.

Not sure about the business potential, but full marks for use of mucilaginous :)
